For all pledges over $5,000 we call you for approval prior to running transaction.

As a convenience, you may pre-register a credit card on the submission page to charge your purchases at event Star Chefs & Vintners Gala 2024.

I authorize Meals on Wheels San Francisco to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event Star Chefs & Vintners Gala 2024. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
